Minimalist house with an industrial touch
Today we introduce House in Cancún the Cereza. It is a modern, minimalist house with an industrial touch. The professional staff of warm architects have done much and created a unique residence with an open floor plan and lots of space.
The House has integrated green areas in the form of courtyards and high ceilings that lend an additional optical width. Although the area of the building is not really so great, it was exploited very efficiently.
Clean lines and courtyards with discreet lighting
The open brick wall in the living room, the concrete ceiling, the floating staircase and crystal chandelier in Baroque style are a wonderful eclectic ensemble.
The color palette is strictly elegant dominant white and smoke grey. Large Windows everywhere make for even more openness and on the second floor, something shut down, you will find more peace and privacy.
The Cereza House is an architectural creation, which definitely function before appearance is, a residence where the comfort has precedence over aesthetics. It is a modern building, where one feels at the same time free and safe.
