This contemporary residence is a modern project by 2012 by James Cleary architecture, located at Boerum Hill section of Brooklyn, New York, United States.
The building is a modern interpretation of the iconic brownstones of Brooklyn and consists of three Doppelappartments.

Massive solid facade – modern apartment residence
“253 Pacific Street – this address in Brooklyn, New York is a newly built building, which consists of three double residences.” While the design, still and the materials of the buildings, including zinc, wood and concrete layer are uncompromisingly modern, the original idea for the building of the historic sandstone House architecture in Brooklyn was inspired. Elements such as high ceilings, well thought out floor plans of the apartments and fascinating attention to the details of their facades, were all inspired by the building design.
High ceilings, massive floor plans and flashy details
Inside and outside the building high and low mixed to finally achieve an unexpected effect.
Outside the Außenarchtutektur on the entire first floor of wood is surrounded, pillar made of raw concrete rise up from the ground and clinging the zinc standing seam of wall cladding.
