Modern cool wood located residence in Spain
We ended up on a new and highly modern residence, which was developed by the Spanish-German architect Studio YLAB Arquitectos in Cerdanyola del Vallès, Spain. The project consisted in the renovation of 500 m2 living space outdoors. According to the designer team, was the goal of the project, to transform this plan driven by classical forms and close Interior, allowing its inhabitants to enjoy the fantastic off views of all sections of a modern house with long, of spaces.
Large Windows offer extravagant living room – panoramic view
To achieve this goal, the owner had to make several changes. The rooms have been emptied and created a new layout and facades were improved to match the geometry of. So the volume of the House was enlarged and the Windows and window frames were renewed by careful man carpentry. So, ample verb in dunes between the Interior and exterior were guaranteed. The outdoor areas have been improved by different species of plants and flower containers, which are also on the Steinterasse, which drops down to the swimming pool.
