Viktor Vasilev has constructed the modern residence Attico Migani for its customers in Lugano, in the Switzerland.
The Interior is covered with teak wood. This decoration brings more warmth and comfort in the elegant interior.
The project consists of the indoor and outdoor furnishing a House, which is located on the top floor of a new building in Lugano. The customer wanted to combine the effective heating system with the rational character of the architecture in the Ticino.
The key element in the residence Attico Migani is the original teak wood panelling. With their help, the doors of guest toilet, the storeroom and the internal lift are hidden simply and elegantly. But the real challenge of this Panel is to create unity and harmony among the individual rooms.
The choice of materials has been driven by the quest for balance between interior and exterior. Floors are covered with basalt stone and teak wood was used for flat roofs.
Most of the furniture are made to measure and the lighting has been successfully integrated into the architecture.
Some of the biggest design icons completed this magnificent ensemble.
