Unique architect-designed House in Brazil – the 12.20 House of the architect Alex Nogueira
If you live in a House, and not in an apartment, you have the advantage to participate in its design and to adapt it to his own needs. In addition, a House is usually larger than an apartment in the city. However, this does not apply in any case, at least not in the following example. The 12.20 House, which we would like to introduce, has only about 45 sqm. This living space is insufficient too for an apartment for rent.
12.20 House is located in Campo Grande in Brazil and is the last project for the year 2013 of the architect Alex Nogueira. It is characterized by minimalist design, clean lines and perfectly thought-through details.
The Brazilian architect is unconventional and yet practical. The front wall of the House consists of a sliding door made of glass and the rest of the wall is removable, so the homeowner can enjoy a magnificent view. The living room and the porch form a continuous surroundings.

The backyard complements the overall design of the House. There is an interesting yellow sculpture that is made of remaining materials and significantly refreshed exterior. The Atrium is exactly the opposite. The front facade is closed and there is even no window. The dense wall serves as solar control and privacy, but the House but can “breathe”.
