Autumn is grape season! At this time of the year you can enjoy the freshly plowed grapes to the fullest. Healthy for brain function and cell stimulation, this fruit brings further health benefits to the human body. The grapes are also raw as an ingredient of various dishes. This provides for a specific and still tasty taste. We have prepared two great grapes for you, which you can try out for yourself and have a change in your menu.

Sweet potatoes with grapes and goat’s cheese

A great, delicious and healthy recipe , which is very popular with fans of the sweet and sour taste. However, even if you do not stand on it, you can try this recipe. Maybe it’s good for you too!

The required ingredients:

  • 4 whole sweet potatoes
  • 2 Mugs red grapes without kernels
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 120 g of goat’s cheese
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 SL Honey

The preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180 °.

Make a fork in the sweet potatoes and then wrap them well with aluminum foil. Bake for about 45 to 60 minutes or until the potatoes soften. Remove the foil, cut into halves and let it cool to the side.

Turn the oven up to 220 °. Place the grapes on a sheet and sprinkle with oil and pepper. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the grapes rise. Allow to cool sideways.

Only when the sweet potatoes are cool, carefully remove the inside by trying to keep it whole. Place them in a bowl and mix with 2/3 of goat’s cheese, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, black pepper and honey. Return the mixture back to the sweet potatoes. If desired, you can warm up something. Before serving, add the grapes, the remaining cheese and some honey over it.

Butter dough with grapes

A great idea as a dessert or as a breakfast. You will need the following ingredients:

  • 1 pack of butter dough
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 1 SL Cream
  • 2 Mugs green and red grapes without cores
  • 2 SL sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • Powdered sugar for sprinkling

The preparation:

Preheat the oven to 200 °. Cut the dough into 4 squares and place them on baking paper. Press with the knife tip to make a frame. But be careful not to cut the dough. Allow to cool in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

Mix the egg yolk with the cream. In another bowl mix the grapes, the sugar and the salt. Spread the grapes mixture evenly over the butter dough squares. Lubricate the edges with the egg-seed mixture and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Bake for about 25 minutes until the dough has a golden color.

These two grape recipes are not only tasty but also super fast to prepare. Perfect for various large parties, parties and events. Just try it out and let it taste!
