- 1 small broccoli
- 100 g of peas
- 2/3 cups

- 100 ml of extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsp seed mix for salads

Divide broccoli into florets, wash and blanch in boiling water for about 2-3 minutes.
Blanch the peas and green peas in the same way for about 1-2 minutes. Drain vegetables, quench with cold water and drain completely. Peel cucumber and avocado and divide into cubes.
Put the blanched vegetables together with the fresh ones in a large salad bowl. Add the green salad mix, the parsley, the mint leaves and the seed mix and top with the olive oil and lemon juice dressing. Garnish the salad with crumbling feta cheese. Finished!
Easter Recipe # 2: Delicious lamb ribs baked in the oven
- 1300 g ribs of lamb
- 1 small diced onion
- 3 finely chopped garlic cloves
- 4-5 tablespoons olive oil
- 30 ml of soy sauce
- 30 ml of liquid honey
- 200 ml ginger ale or similar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons paprika powder
Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix to a marinade. Wash the lamb ribs and pat dry. Then place them in a baking dish – preferably made of ceramic or glass. Pour the marinade on it until the ribs are completely covered. Let the lamb ribs marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Place the marinated lamb ribs in a coated baking tin and cover with aluminum foil covered for about 1 hour. In between, turn 1-2 times. Remove the aluminum foil and cook until crispy for another 30 minutes. Serve with baked rosemary potatoes.
Easter Recipe # 3: Original chocolate nests

- 150 unsalted butter
- 50 g sugar beet syrup or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 120 g whole milk chocolate
- 100 g wheat flakes
- 150 g mini pretzels in small pieces
- 400 g of chopped dark chocolate
- 100 g raisins (best with chocolate glaze)
- 100 g salted peanuts
- small egg sweets made of sugar or marzipan
Heat butter and sugar beet syrup in a saucepan, stirring constantly. Add chocolate and vanilla extract and stir. Remove the pot from the heat and fold in the pieces of mini pretzels, raisins, peanuts and wheat flakes. Form small nests from the mixture and place them on a baking tray. Wait at least an hour for the nests to cool down and harden. Then decorate with the small egg sweets. Your delicious chocolate nests are ready for Easter.
