4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 1/2 cups of brown sugar
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
2 cups flour
1 tablespoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons baking powder
3 cups grated carrots
1/2 cup pineapple pieces out of the box, well drained (on request)

For the cream cheese frosting:

125 grams butter, softened
125 g cream cheese, softened
2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Walnuts, whole, chopped or ground

How is it done:

Step: Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Step: Put baking paper in a round cake pan with a diameter of approx. 22 cm
Step: Mix the eggs, the vanilla essence, the brown sugar and the vegetable oil in a wide Bowl together until the consistency is thick and creamy
Step: Fold in the sifted dry ingredients and then stir in the grated carrots and pineapple slices.
Step: Pour the mixture into the cake tin and bake for you for 60 minutes. Then let cool down the cake 10 minutes before removing from the cake tin.
