Amazing creation by Japanese designers
On the occasion of the Tokyo designers week 2013 have Japanese Studio Poplife and Znug Design Mamoris presents – a chair which can be transformed into a helmet. The name Mamoris comes from the Japanese word “mamoru”, which means ‘protect’ and ‘isu’ – a Chair.
“You can never know when a catastrophic natural event such as the earthquake will affect us” – says Yuji Ikawa, one of the co-founders.
Thus, this Chair provides a dual function of the seats and save lives and even, there’s no need to keep it.
Made of shock-proof material creates fits this unobtrusive security Chair in the Office or at home and provides protection from falling debris during emergency.
