The idea is the Finnish Designer Tuomas Markunpoika invaded. He has glued hundreds of pins and edited it on wood lathe. So, he has given a concrete form the mass of pencils.

As typical Scandinavian design, the wooden vases from Markunpoika are simple, minimalist, innovative and practical. The vases collection bears the name “Amalgamated” (on German – United, melted together) and is a limited edition. “Amalgamated is a collection that deals with the relationship between the mass and the individual purpose.”, so the young designer Markunpoika.
