8 tips for planning a backyard – modern design in the garden

You need actually less decorative details and lots of creativity

First else was here only a pool and nothing. But Coffman wanted to add a number of additional rooms with different functions. The new design included a dining room, a living room, fireplace and grass area. The passage between them was fluent.
First you had to think about the use of the Court. Then one has determines the functionality. I believe this is the right approach.
The second question is: who will enjoy the space?
There should be something for everyone, including children and pets. In this case, Coffman has inserted a synthetic lawn. It has its own protective mechanism against bacteria.
Clearly separate the different areas
Plastic panels on either side of the fireplace can wonderfully to separate the different areas and insert a structure. Dramatic lighting effects provide a pleasant atmosphere in the room.
Create a space which can be used in all seasons and in all weather conditions
It has different shelters so that you can enjoy both the rain and sunshine.
It has a fully covered area for food and an open fireplace.
Mixing of materials
Customers liked rusted metal and that’s why Coffman added a table for this. It is located in a Pergola of steel frame and canopy.
Walls of stuccoed, resin panels, synthetic lawn and acid cleaned concrete complete the industrial look here.
Are not put off by the building restrictions
In modern architecture, it is possible, to comply with all rules and insert but very creative and individual solutions. If you can install anything on certain walls, you could integrate those however. You did that here as well.
Add an artistic focus
The ceramic Agave came as an additional idea over the course of the accord. Still, the wall was covered with yellow and blue accents.
