- 250 g crispy biscuits
- 120 g of butter
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 200 g of cherries
- 325 g cream
- 170 g white chocolate
- 2 eggs
- 500 g cream cheese
- 200 g of sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
A crunchy bread crumb
Preheat the oven to 150 ° C. Line two muffin tin molds with smooth paper backing cuffs. Melt the butter and allow to cool. Crumble cookies and mix with butter and ginger. Distribute the biscuit mixture evenly in the muffin molds and press firmly with a small glass. Let cool down.

- 2 tablespoons cherry jelly

Mix almonds, flour, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and 180 g butter to the dough. Wrap in cling film and allow to cool for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Grease pie-shaped. Roll out the dough and fill with it. Cover with baking paper and 200 g peas and bake for 15 minutes. Remove peas and paper and bake for another 10 minutes. Wash fresh cherries, stalk and core and drain from the glass only. Chop the chocolate and let it melt in the cream with constant stirring. Put in the fridge for 3 hours.
