Chad Farquharson and Wayne McGill otherwise allows, they often take their work with home. But there are not nine to five jobs (Chad works for the Government and Wayne is in the retail sector) – its role as the owner of we live like this is their interior design company. The fun and the unique philosophy behind this entrepreneurial company encourages property owners to take action and make decisions new decor. And this doctrine is nowhere more evident than in the some 700 m2 condo in downtown Vancouver. The living room explores a colorful mixture of styles. A new sofa is working as Kafeetisch perfectly at home with an Asian look. The white Chair Fund is a vintage store, and the contemporary patterned Chair is a gift from a friend.
Compact dining area – glass table and old-fashioned chandelier

Study: Delegate a room only for quiet time and relax. In a corner of the closet, a vintage leather chaise offers the perfect spot for taking in the view of the famous copper roof of the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver, time for reading or taking a NAP.

Wayne: We wanted to challenge ourselves and do what we have done in the past in terms of color, while in the same time, we show our personality. We wanted to be sure that of strong / soft, male / female, old / new words.
Chad: First we had to tear down the angled wall in the dining area. We have designed the mirrors and Bank to open the space
Wayne: I’m not a favourite, but I love all textures. We wanted that our House is very tactile – it makes you the small moments make Mongolian throws, velvet, linen, suede and cashmere touch.
Chad: We have added a shelf in the long hallway and then scratched the wall. It is now functional and dramatic – rare qualities for a hallway.
Wayne: Nobody else has a chalk wall in the bedroom, and we can personalize it at any time.
Save and splurge
Chad: Cheap or expensive, new or old, locally or worldly, everything happens in the same shades remain each other as long as they.
Wayne: Because we buy items to cause the kind of emotions, we end up with things, designed to work, no matter what they cost.
