Modern Villa in Spain – the fascinating apartment of a designer
We present you the fascinating apartment of designer Marta Badiola today. She had the courage to buy an apartment in one of the most expensive cities in Spain and to decorate it with their own ideas.
It was originally a two-family house from the 1950s. But it has been transformed many times over the years.
Marta Badiola has purchased half of the space under the ceiling, and adapted to their own needs. As result was very close an elegant interior -, but real cozy.
A wooden staircase to reach the Studio. The bedroom was housed here.
In total we have here with a 52-square-meter area to do. This appears much larger but by the designer solutions.
The elaborate decorations and wooden surfaces give the apartment a completed look. The designer has sought at the same time bringing together great ideas and uniform appearance and has solved this task very successfully and beautifully.
So, the apartment can wonderfully also serve as both as working – and living area.
The same mezzanine floor can be used as a Studio and a bedroom. The transformation is simple and is carried out mostly on occasion of the friend visits. The compact and elegant appearance makes a wonderful place of to relax – a cozy apartment and comfortable home office in one of the room. Image Gallery of Francisco Berreteaga.
