Studio folded apartment of by architect Javier Garcia and Hector Ruiz Velazquez for G & R can man clearly as interesting and unique call.

The 49 m² area are a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. These were all housed in a room. The architects have designed the space, without however divide these into more square sections.

White-painted wooden structure leaves the room in the middle and creating an additional space for bedroom on the second floor. The structure looks futuristic and unique. It gives angular details for apartment and makes it individual looking.

An open space located on the first floor. This is connected to the kitchen area, where are the devices for cooking, washing and eating. Via a staircase to reach the second floor bedroom. The bathroom is located behind the kitchen and “folded” structure.

See the design now again! It is not modern and chic? This is due to the industrial process. This consists in the pipes and the cracked pads on the ceiling. Can you imagine such a thing in your House?
