Smart Office design for FINE design group
In this project it is the offices of FINE Design Group headquartered in Portland, Oregon. The chic Office design was by Boora architects created and implemented as a combination of the Office and residential building, where functionality and comfort go hand in hand.
Fully glazed walls and sliding doors for a transparent discretion
Flexibility and multifunctionality
Gather forces and re-energize
The new work environment by FINE design group embodies the creative energy and community atmosphere of this company. In the design of the new working spaces, the Boora architects have benefited from the open steel structure, the concrete floors and the abundant natural light of approx. 500-square-meter area of the body skeleton.
The result is a cubicle – a loft with a relaxed touch
In the Office, some main items exist that define specific working areas.
The so-called barracks is a three-pointed space on the West side, which determines two offices and meeting space
The complex form of barrack allows the emergence of smaller work areas from the outside – as for example an entertainment area with pool table and community rooms for team work.
An interplay between meals ensures briefly switching off
Ergonomics has the absolute priority
Writable and magnetic walls are perfect for brainstorming and creative collaboration
In the cosy kitchen often gather staff or an event takes place
Heath Ceramics tiles with subtle patterns – matt and shiny – embellish the walls and the floor. On the open shelves are always fresh snacks. You can sit quietly at the elegant kitchen island and enjoy a fresh drink.
On the East side is a spacious bookcase in walnut, where you can find different literature and articles
This shelf has multiple functions – it hides the copy area, provides a special area for laptops and ensures a quiet lounge area.
The Office design for FINE is a successful architectural solution for the contemporary world of work, where you can find a perfect work-life balance.
