Sustainable passive house – stay in harmony with nature!

Correctly to immerse in the nature and live on a perfectly sustainable manner, there are few options that themselves can compare with the magnificence of the passive house Waternest 100. The oval, floating House was by the renowned Italian architect and designer Giancarlo Zema designed. The project was designed so that it adapts to the changing environmental conditions and the more and more increasing water levels. The end result has been achieved in collaboration with the London EcoFloLife Studio.

This charming passive house covers an area of 100 m 2 with 12 m diameter and 4 m in height. The material consists exclusively of used laminated wood and recycled aluminum. Balconies are placed at the sides, and thanks to the large Windows you can enjoy fascinating natural views over the water. The bathroom and the kitchen have generous skylights on the wooden ceiling and on the roof itself are 60 m² large amorphous photovoltaic panels, which can generate about 4 kWp and completely satisfy the energy needs of the residence. The Interior of the WaterNest 100 can include living room, dining room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom, as well as implement additional configurations according to customer requirements. This passive house is not only the perfect ecological housing, but it is also excellent for Office, lounge bar, restaurant, business or floating exhibition space. The read out, modern furniture from the EcoFloLife catalog are persistent, elegant and sophisticated. They have oval shapes and their design is in line with the whole Waternest atmosphere.

With his smart and sustainable production and the use of ecological materials, WaterNest 100 up to 98% is recyclable. In addition, the low energy House has a sophisticated system for the natural micro ventilation and air conditioning. WaterNest 100 is the ideal solution for people who want to live independently and exclusively in absolute harmony with the nature.
