Home Office with Scandinavian elements in Bratislava
Sometimes it’s much more design on frugality as on the expansion. Measure of success is the feeling to have designed everything exactly according to the request of the customer. This example from Bratislava is for a redesign with economical use of space and for small-sized solutions.
It’s the renewal of the fourth floor of a 1928 House of the year. It was carried out by “Plusminusarchitects”. They had the task of converting the small apartments in an ergonomic Studio within the expense of €7500.
A small apartment into a Studio – Home Office with Scandinavian design
The spatial limitations and budget have fascinated the designer for some creative, inspired by the Scandinavian architectural design solutions. First, it has removed the old, internal parts to create an open apartment plan.
Now it had space for two large boxes made of particle board and these served as a storage room and amenities
