  • 120 g of chia seeds
  • 1 liter of plant milk of your choice (almond, soy, rice milk)

  • 2 teaspoon maple syrup or sugar beet syrup
  • other nuts and dried fruits of your choice

The preparation:

Chia seeds either in a larger glass container together or in beautiful mason jars, distributed in equal amounts, and pour the vegetable milk on it. Stir well with a whisk and place in the fridge. The chi pudding is best allowed to swell overnight or for at least 30 minutes, if it really should go faster.

A possible variant for the topping:

Add the fruits to the blender and mix briefly at the highest level to form a uniform marmelade-like mass. Transfer them to a bowl, fold in the remaining chia seeds and stir well again. Refrigerate overnight or leave to soak for at least 30 minutes. Put the finished topping on the Chiapudding and add nuts, fruit pieces, grains and similar. Garnish according to your mood. Finished!
