  • 250 g flour
  • 200 g vegetable margarine
  • 100 g of ground almonds or hazelnuts
  • 60 g sugar / brown sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated organic lemon peel / orange peel
  • 100 g of powdered sugar
  • 3 pck. Vanilla sugar

And now it starts!

Step 1:

Heat the margarine lightly in a saucepan until it becomes liquid. Add in a bowl with the sugar and stir well with a whisk or whisk until you get a frothy mixture.

Put flour, ground almonds, salt and grated lemon peel in another bowl. Mix the ingredients together. Pour the warm, liquid margarine over it and knead for about 3 minutes to a uniform dough.

Step 4:
