Power shake with avocado and green Matcha tea
1 Teaspoon Matcha green tea powder
1 TBSP hot water
1/2 medium avocado
1/2 cup of yogurt
1/4 cup vanilla whey protein powder
2 tsp stevia
1 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
How is it done:
Beat the Matcha tea and hot water in a small bowl together. Set the mixture aside.
Cut the peeled avocado into pieces and put it in the blender. Then add the yogurt, vanilla protein powder and the stevia.
Fold in the almond milk and the Matcha tea mixture and mix until all is smooth and fluffy.

Strawberry and Spinach Salad with raspberry dressing
1/4 cup of splintered almonds
2 TBSP raw sugar
300 g loose spinach leaves
1 cup fresh strawberries sliced

2 TBSP canola oil
1 tablespoon raspberry vinegar
1 chopped spring onions
1 1/2 tsp gluten-free Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp poppy seeds
1/4 tsp salt
Pinch of paprika
How is it done:
