Ingredients:

1/2 cup melted unsalted organic butter
2 1/4 cups almond flour
1/2 cup coconut flour
3/4 cup stevia powder
4 TSP baking powder
1 tsp sea salt
6 eggs
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 TBSP vanilla
1 tsp gelatin
2-3 of cups unsweetened dried coconut

Glazing:

Vanilla mascarpone cream – Manual
Filling:
1 cup baked cream (you can also 1/2 yogurt and 1/2 burnt cream mix)
1/4 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup dried unsweetened coconut

How is it done:

1 step:

Prepare two 20 cm cake tins. Place parchment paper into shapes and sprinkle all over with coconut oil.

2 step:

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C . Blend in a bowl of butter and put on the page.

3 step:

Mix the dry ingredients (Almond flour, coconut flour, stevia, baking soda, sea salt) in the bowl of the food processor together. Edit form for one minute or until the ingredients of lumps.

4 step:

Separate the egg whites from the yolks and give the egg whites in a clean Bowl. Show the page and fold in the egg yolks into the mixture in the food processor.

6 step:

7 step:

Then fill the pastry into the two cake tins and bake for about 35-40 minutes. Cooled down, remove the cake from the forms and put them on a shelf or on a wire rack. Let the cake cool about 1 hour completely before you glaze and serve.
