1 cup soy milk
1/2 cup oat flakes
Cut 1 banana, sliced
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
14 frozen or fresh strawberries

1/4 avocado, sliced

Marinating and baking of tofu:

Preheat the oven to 220ºc. You mix the olive oil, soy sauce and garlic in a food storage box. Cut the tofu into small cubes. Enter them in the marinade. Cover and shake carefully. Let the marinade for 10-30 minutes.

1/8 Cup macadamia nuts
1 TBSP lemon juice

Ingredients for the sesame paste:

1/2 TBSP lemon juice
1 Tablespoon water
EL Tahin (sesame paste) or ground sesame seeds

How is it done:
