Oatmeal Strawberry Smoothie for breakfast
Use fresh, healthy ingredients
1 cup soy milk
1/2 cup oat flakes
Cut 1 banana, sliced
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
14 frozen or fresh strawberries
1 1/2 tsp raw raw sugar
How is it done:
Put all the ingredients in the blender and stir it until the mixture becomes smooth and fluffy. Serve fresh and enjoy!
Spinach and avocado salad with tofu for lunch
1/4 packet firm tofu
1/2 TBSP olive oil

Marinating and baking of tofu:
