6 cloves of garlic
1 glass of white wine
1 pinch of salt
Disconnect the Octopus in two parts. Taking part in a pot with 300 ml of boiling water, garlic, and celery. You can cook the Octopus there for 40 minutes.
To place the second part in 200 ml boiling water, where there is still a glass wine, garlic, and celery. Boil for 40 minutes.
Prepare crispy Octopus
Then you heat olive oil in a deep frying pan. Add onions and garlic for 2 minutes. To add the boiled Octopus slices cut. You fry from both sides for every 3-4 minutes. One seasoned with salt and black pepper. It is recommended to enjoy the Octopus.
